Do you ever have days where you feel like you've woken up in an entirely new reality? Yesterday was one of those days for me.

On Tuesday night there was a full moon in Pisces as well as a lunar eclipse and I went with my family to the beach to set my intentions while gazing at the moon to harness it's power and what do you know? It worked.

When you think of the term 'quantum jump' it may bring to mind a shift so massive that you land with a bump in someone else's life, not sure how you got there and keen to explore. In reality, the shift is not as dramatic as this, but it can be just as powerful.

The quantum realm is best accessed through the mind, quantum shifts happen there too and are a powerful tool for manifesting and change. The more change you embrace in your thinking, the more you are able to change your reality.

BELEIFS

Let's say for example you want to manifest love in your life and currently don't have any prospects for this (that you know about!). The quantum shift will not be a partner landing directly in your bed, or maybe even in your life. The quantum shift happens when you decide to change your mind about it.

Some beliefs you may have been carrying around with you in this example are:

·        I am not worthy of love

·        No one will like me for who I am

·        I am not good enough for love

·        I am not deserving of love

·        Love is not gonna happen for me

·        I had one love already, we only get one true love in life

The root cause of thoughts like this is that ultimately, you do not believe that you are worth being loved for whatever reason. The chances are that this stemmed from a thought process put in place from your early childhood, which you can delve into if it feels good for you to want to let that go, but is not necessary.

The necessary step is changing those stories to ones you prefer. SHIFTING your mindset, thus shifting your reality.

EXERCISE

An exercise you can do to practice this is to write down all the thoughts that you have surrounding the thing you want to experience a shift in (like the list above). When you are done with this list, go back and write down three alternative things that you could choose to believe that would make you feel good:

·        I am not worthy of love - I AM worthy of love, I have so much love to give that anyone would be lucky to love me, I make a valid contribution and feel so worthy.

·        No one will like me for who I am - everyone will like me for who I am, everyone wants to be like me because I am so magnetic, I don't need people to like me, if they don't, they weren't meant for me.

After doing this exercise, next time you catch yourself in one of the limiting beliefs, come back to your list and choose an alternative. In this way you will create a new mindset and thus, a quantum shift!
